Berry Banana Split

It’s worth splitting with the ones you love!

INGREDIENTS

·         1 250 ml pack NESTLE All Purpose Cream Strawberry Flavor, chilled

·         ¼ cup condensed milk

·         4 cups crushed chocolate sandwich cookies

·         4 large ripe bananas, sliced

·         Strawberry wafer sticks

PROCEDURE 

1. Combine NESTLE All Purpose Cream Strawberry Flavor with condensed milk. Using a mixer, beat until light and fluffy, or until it has almost doubled in volume. Set aside.

2. Spread crushed chocolate cookies on the bottom of a glass or aluminum container.

3. Spoon half of the sweetened strawberry cream mixture on top of the crushed cookies, followed by the banana slices.

4. Make another layer using the crushed chocolate cookies, followed by the banana slices then the remaining strawberry cream. Garnish with strawberry wafer sticks.
