Ingredients:
1 whole chicken
3 tbsps Datu Puti Fish Sauce
5 tbsps Mang Tomas Teriyaki Sauce
2 cans cola
2 tbsps Datu Puti Spiced Vinegar
3 tbsps peanut oil
Garlic chives or spring onions, cut 2” long
2 tbsps onions, minced
1 ½ cubes chicken bouillon
1 ½ cups water
1. Marinate chicken with Datu Puti Fish Sauce, Mang Tomas Teriyaki Sauce, cola and Datu Puti Spiced Vinegar for few minutes.
2. Heat oil in pan and sauté garlic onions in peanut oil. Add marinated chicken then pour stock with chicken cubes. Simmer for 25-30 minutes (covered).
3. Turn off heat. Keep covered for 30 minutes.
4. Reheat before serving.

for unexpected holiday guests.
