INGREDIENTS:
2 tablespoons cooking oil
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 teaspoon ginger, shredded
1 ½ cups rice (uncooked)
½ cup malagkit rice
(uncooked)
8 cups water
2 packs 7 grams AJINOMOTO GINISA ALL PURPOSE SEASONING MIX
1 whole chicken, cut into serving pieces
3 tablespoons patis
¼ cup spring onions, chopped
• Sauté ginger in mixture of cooking oil and sesame oil.
• Add rice and malagkit rice and saute. Add all other ingredients and sprinkle AJINOMOTO GINISA ALL PURPOSE SEASONING MIX.
• Simmer for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Top with spring onions. Serve hot.
