Chicken Arroz Caldo

















INGREDIENTS:

2 tablespoons cooking oil
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 teaspoon ginger, shredded
1 ½ cups rice (uncooked)
½ cup malagkit rice (uncooked)
8 cups water
2 packs 7 grams AJINOMOTO GINISA ALL PURPOSE SEASONING MIX
1 whole chicken, cut into serving pieces
3 tablespoons patis
¼ cup spring onions, chopped

PROCEDURE:

Sauté ginger in mixture of cooking oil and sesame oil.
Add rice and malagkit rice and saute. Add all other ingredients and sprinkle AJINOMOTO GINISA ALL PURPOSE SEASONING MIX.
Simmer for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Top with spring onions. Serve hot.
