Fruit Butter


FESTIVE BREAD AND BUTTER SAMPLER

Gather up an assortment of bread and crackers for these wonderful spreads: store-bought melba toast, grilled ciabbata strips, baked French bread slices, and whole wheat crackers.

Takes 20 to 30 minutes
Makes 10 to 12 servings

1 cup Magnolia Gold Butter, unsalted
2 tablespoons powdered sugar
2 tablespoons strawberry or pineapple jam

1. Cream the butter and sugar until smooth.
2. Add the jam and mix well.
3. Scoop into small balls then chill until ready to use.
