Pork Chop Caldereta






















What You Will Need:

2 pcs Knorr Pork Broth Cubes
½ kilo Pork Chops
1 tbsp oil
1 tsp chopped garlic
1 tsp chopped ginger
¼ cup chopped onions
1 tbsp tomato paste
3 cups water
2 pcs potatoes, quartered
¼ cup red pepper, quartered
¼ cup green pepper, quartered
2 tbsp liver spread
2 tbsp grated cheese
2 pcs finger pepper

Procedure:

1. Marinate pork chops using 1 piece Knorr Pork Broth Cube dissolved in 1 tablespoon hot water.
2. Fry pork chops until golden brown.
3. Sauté the garlic, onion and tomato paste in a braising pan.
4. Add water and 1 Knorr Pork Broth Cube and then bring to a boil.
5. Put the pork chops and let it boil for 20 minutes. Then add the potatoes, peppers, liver spread and cheese.
6. Simmer for 10 minutes, then add the finger peppers before serving.

Serves: 6 persons
