Corned Beef Picadillo
























In a pan, heat 3 tablespoons oil then sauté 1/3 cup chopped tomatoes and 1/3 cup chopped green bell pepper. Cook for a minute then add one 260-gram canned corned beef. Stir in 1 cup canned pork and beans and 1 teaspoon chili sauce.  Simmer for 2 minutes. Serve with rice, bread, or tortillas.


TIP: Instead of pork and beans you can also use cooked and canned kidney beans or garbanzos.
