Sun-dried Tomato Butter Spread


FESTIVE BREAD AND BUTTER SAMPLER

Gather up an assortment of bread and crackers for these wonderful spreads: store-bought melba toast, grilled ciabbata strips, baked French bread slices, and whole wheat crackers.

Takes 20 to 30 minutes
Makes 10 to 12 servings

¼ cup sun-dried tomatoes, soaked in hot water
1 block Magnolia Gold Butter, unsalted
2 teaspoons finely chopped garlic

1. Drain the sun-dried tomatoes then chop coarsely.
2. In a bowl, cream the butter until soft then add the garlic and tomatoes. Blend well. Season as needed. Chill for at least an hour to enhance the flavor.
