Roast Beef Casserole
























In a saucepan, cook ¾ kilo whole sirloin in enough water until very tender. Add 6 small potatoes , 1 cubed carrot, 2 stalks sliced celery, and 1 small can whole button mushrooms. Continue cooking until vegetables are tender. Season with salt and pepper or beef buillon cube.


TIP: If you want, you can add 3 tablespoons tomato paste to make a red sauce.
