Ingredients:
½ cup onions, finely chopped
½ cup celery
1/3 cup butter
¼ cup flour
1 ½ tbsps tomato paste
1 pieces chicken cube
1 tsp sweet paprika
½ tsp garlic powder
¼ tsp onion powder
2 tbsp Heinz Worcestershire Sauce
2 cups water
300 grams cheddar cheese, grated
Salt and pepper
¾ cup beer, pale pilsen (or half bottle)
100 grams bacon, chopped and fried to crisp
1. Saute onions and celery in butter.
2. Add flour and cook. Add tomato paste, chicken cube, Heinz Worcestershire Sauce, spices and water.
3. Bring to a boil. Whisk in cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
4. Add beer and simmer. Top with crispy bacon.
