Teriyaki Tokwa and Togue

Cut 6 pieces tokwa into large cubes. Fry in hot oil until golden brown. Drain. In a saucepan, heat 1 cup teriyaki sauce and ½ cup water. Bring to a boil. Add in the tokwa and simmer until sauce is reduced. In another pan, heat 2 tablespoons oil then sauté 1 small chopped onion, 1 small carrot, cut into strips, 1/3 cup thinly sliced Baguio beans, and 2 cups togue. Stir-fry until done. Season to taste with soy sauce and pepper. Place togue on a plate. Top with the tokwa and toasted sesame seeds.

TIP: You can make your own teriyaki sauce or use any of the bottled varieties available in most supermarkets.
