Triple Cheese & Sausage Bake



INGREDIENTS

1 pack San Remo Fettucine cooked al dente
¼ kg spinach leaves, cleaned
3 tbsp oil
1 tbsp garlic
¼ cup tomato paste
2 cups tomato sauce
3 pieces Italian sausage, sliced thinly
1 cup cottage cheese
1 pack (225 g) cream cheese, cut into cubes

METHOD

1. Cook spinach and garlic in oil.
2. Add tomato paste, tomato sauce and sausages. 
3. Cook and simmer for about 5 minutes until sausages are cooked.
4. Season with salt, pepper and oregano.
5. Combine cooked penne and sauce in baking dish.
6. Spread cottage cheese on top, then add cream cheese cubes.
7. Sprinkle with quickmelt cheese on top.
