Ufc Santa’s Shortribs Stew


Ingredients:

1 ½ kilos beef short ribs, sliced 1 ½ inch cubes
½ cup Golden Fiesta Cooking Oil
2 tbsps minced garlic
1 ¼ cups chopped onions
1 cup grated carrots
Salt and pepper
2 pieces beef cubes
4 cups water
1 1/3 cup UFC Tomato Sauce
1 tbsp Datu Putii Cane Vinegar
3 tbsps brown sugar

Procedure:

1. Season ribs with salt and pepper. Sear beef well in hot Golden Fiesta Cooking Oil till all sides are brown. Set aside.
2. Sauté garlic and onions in Golden Fiesta Cooking Oil till translucent.
3. Add grated carrots and season with salt and pepper. Cook
4. Add beef cubes and water.
5. Add UFC Tomato Sauce and Datu Puti Cane Vinegar .
6. Add sugar and seared beef. Simmer till beef is tender. Add water if needed.
7. Cook till tender.

Budget Keeper: 

Use a cheaper cut of beef with a bit more fat like kamto for a tastier stew.
