Herbed Butter


FESTIVE BREAD AND BUTTER SAMPLER

Gather up an assortment of bread and crackers for these wonderful spreads: store-bought melba toast, grilled ciabbata strips, baked French bread slices, and whole wheat crackers.

Takes 20 to 30 minutes
Makes 10 to 12 servings

1 cup Magnolia Gold Butter, unsalted
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
¼ cup chopped fresh basil
1 teaspoon coarsely crushed pepper

1. Cream the butter in a bowl with the rest of the ingredients.
2. Form into a log and wrap in aluminum foil. Chill until set.
3. To use, slice into ½ inch pieces.
