Pasta Alfredo
























In a skillet, fry ¼ kilo sliced bacon until crisp. Remove the oil, leaving just 1 tablespoon. Add 2 cloves minced garlic and 1/3 cup sliced button mushrooms. Stir in 2 tablespoons flour. Pour in 1 cup cream and cook over low heat until mixture is slightly thick. Season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Toss in ¼ kilo cooked linguini. Before serving, top with grated cheese. Serve at once.


TIP: If you want to make your dish high-protein, add cubed ham or flaked boiled chicken.
